Danielle Elese of Foxy Sage— explores the mystery of our psyche with the desire to transform our environment, rooted in compassion. She is a certified Sound Healing Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher & Spiritual Hypnotherapist (CSHT, RMT).

Her intention is to provide space for others to come into greater alignment with their own inner healer. Thus activating one's own unique purpose, in alignment with a sense of joy. Music and song have always been interwoven within Danielle's expression. Danielle uses Reiki-infused Sound Healing to bring the body, soul & spirit back into harmony with one another.

Within her musical work she transports the listener to healing realms by creating soundscapes fueled by 432 hertz crystal sound bowls, Himalayan metal bowls, various percussion instruments & an assortment of chimes. She uses vocal toning to facilitate energetic healing.

KIMBERLY ZIMMERMAN

Kimberly Zimmerman is the founder, owner and operator of The Juicy Life Yoga and Juice Bar. A highly experienced yoga instructor with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and a certified Reiki Master, she offers her clients and community more than 15 years of training and education and a depth of experience across a variety of healing modalities, including nutrition.

CHLOE BARRITAULT

Chloé is originally from France and first made her way to Santa Barbara in 2016. Making some changes to her life, she started prioritizing health, wellbeing and mindfulness.

Chloé believes that when you stop judging yourself for past decisions or experiences, and don’t let those define who you are in this present moment, you ultimately allow yourself to truly step into who you want to be. She looks forward to hold a safe space for you to study yourself and let go of judgment and attachment to those perceptions.

MADELEINE PIZEY

RYT-200 Yoga Alliance Certified

Madeleine began practicing yoga in college to try a new physical activity other than running. She quickly learned and strongly believes that yoga is more than a workout—it is a lifestyle; a path that transforms the physical into the spiritual. Yoga transformed Madeleine’s life.

Madeleine’s yogic journey brought her to Southeast Asia, where she began to practice Ashtanga yoga daily. This eventually took her to India where she completed 200 hours of training with Vijay Amor. When Madeleine returned to the States, she continued to study her passion for mindfulness, yoga, and meditation, leading Madeleine to complete over 900 hours of teacher training. Madeleine also earned a master’s degree in Mindfulness from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.

Madeleine’s classes are centered around breath, strength, and playfulness. She teaches a vigorous vinyasa flow to get you out of your head and into your body. As a teacher, Madeleine aims to provide a welcoming, secure and trusting environment for her students to experience their own transformation.

EMMA DAVIS

Founder, E-RYT-500/RPYT Yoga Alliance Certified

California native, Emma Davis, earned her 500 Hour Yoga Certification from Yoga Garden, San Francisco and began teaching for the studio in 2016. It was in their garden studio, where Emma dreamed about one day creating an outdoor yoga space where people could practice in community, while connecting to nature.

In 2018, fate intervened and Emma relocated to Santa Barbara, where her dream would soon become a reality. She founded Santa Barbara Beach Yoga, pairing outdoor yoga experiences with personal headsets so students can experience instruction & music simultaneously. No matter your relationship with yoga, Emma’s mission is to offer accessible yoga opportunities for everyone.  

She believes that yoga has the power to burn away illusion, and by working well with the body, the mind and spirit can transform. Yoga has helped her to develop a spirit of optimism and humor, transmuting restlessness, fear and anxiety into expansiveness, calmness and clarity. 

CARINA MURILLO

RYT-200 Yoga Alliance Certified

Carina’s classes offer unique movements, transitions, breath work and a little taste of yin to guide students into recognizing their potential. Inspired by the creativity and freedom that vinyasa & restorative yoga offer, she weaves together: grace, alignment, fluidity, strength, and meditation into her classes. She also loves to design and create unique playlists to bring you deeper into your flow. With a thirst for knowledge of the practice and over 300+ hours of teacher training, Carina continues to learn and grow and encourages her students to do the same by exploring and honoring their bodies. When she is not teaching she enjoys her own time on the mat, cuddling with her pups, and eating all the great good Santa Barbara has to offer.

VICKI YEUNG

RYT-200 Yoga Alliance Certified

Raised in South Florida, Vicki is an East Coast transplant. In 2010, Vicki followed her heart to Santa Barbara, and soon after, she discovered yoga. Connecting to the physical practice,  she  welcomed the mental discipline and self-awareness  that the practice created in her life. After completing her 200 Hour YTT at Core Power in Santa Barbara (2013),Vicki graduated with the first class at their State Street location. While her roots are in Power Yoga, Vicki enjoys teaching Gentle Flow as well. She believes that yoga can be for anybody. In her free time Vicki enjoys being in nature, practicing yoga & meditation, reading, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family.

HILARY KLEGER

E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified

Hilary Kleger is a 500hr (+) E-RYT who teaches an alignment-focused class connecting breath and movement with attention to subtle energy, offering students modifications to create a practice that works for their body in the moment. From Gentle Flow and Restorative to Strong Vinyasa, Hilary creates a safe environment for students to explore moving their bodies in informed ways that will support their practice.

Hilary often incorporates energetic and celestial cycles into her practice, heeding the planetary and lunar energy that can impact our energy, body and mind, while providing practical instruction on alignment and modifications of poses to allow students to find their personal practice in the community space.
