Terms & Conditions

By purchasing drop in classes, class packs, events, memberships, and retail at Santa Barbara Beach Yoga, you are agreeing to the following:

Payment Policy: All payments are due at the time of service. All sales are final. No refunds are offered at this time. This includes all classes, workshops and special events. Customer is responsible for all associated credit and debit card payment processing fees per transaction in addition to the advertised rate (3.5% Stripe Processing Fee) which is included as “Card Fee” at checkout and on receipts. All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice.

Public Class Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their attendance and get a credit if they make it before the cancellation cut-off period of 3 hours prior to the event. Tickets purchased using pre-paid/event packages will be automatically added back to their package. Other purchases will be returned as credits to the customer's account. (Not applicable for private events or workshops).

Class Packs & Sharing Policy: Classes may be shared with immediate legal family members only - including spouses, children, parents. May not be shared with friends or significant others/partners.

Memberships: No long term commitment required. Auto-renews on a monthly basis. If you wish to cancel your auto-renewal you may do so within our Registration Login Portal. Memberships cannot be shared. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused months. If you decide to cancel, please note that prices are subject to change/increase and we cannot guarantee you the same price for the unlimited membership as it was when you first joined.

Waiver: Each attendee must sign a waiver prior to attending a class.

Rain Policy: In the case of rain and when the space is available for our use, we will move classes to the Portico (downstairs covered patio directly under the Rooftop West at the Cabrillo Pavilion) & may even offer our signature headphone experience! You will be notified one hour ahead of time via email. If we do end up having to cancel class, you will be credited/refunded. Thanks in advance for your understanding!

Class Times: Please note that our class times are displayed in the time zone that you are currently in. For instance, if you are currently in Chicago, our 9:00am PST class would appear as 11:00am CST for you. Please take this into account when booking your class. Thanks!
